Shipping and Returns

We endeavour to pack all stock items within 3 business days. Coaster orders require approximately 10 business days and custom orders range from 2 - 4 weeks to create.

 

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

Frankie’s Girl uses Australia Post for all mail. Most items are sent via untracked standard postage unless specified at checkout. Some items will have the option of Express Post. Parcels that do not require a signature will be left at the given address. Frankie’s Girl is not responsible for any missing orders, or incorrectly entered delivery addresses. If you would like to have some extra security you may choose to get your parcel delivered to a work address or to a PO Box. Apart from Express next day delivery, the usual delivery time is about 6 business days. Any delays in delivery times and lost mail are not the reponsibility of Frankie’s Girl. Lost items will not be replaced if you have not chosen trackable postage.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Unless specified at checkout, international orders are shipped with Australia Post International Airmail which is the standard postage and does not include tracking. If you would like to add tracking to your mail please email us before purchasing and I will arrange that for an additional cost. Postage may take up to 10 business days for delivery.  Any custom duties, delays in delivery times and lost mail are not the reponsibility of Frankie’s Girl. Lost items will not be replaced if you have not chosen trackable postage.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Please choose items carefully as no exchanges or returns are accepted at this time. If your items are damaged or faulty on arrival or if we’ve managed to ship an incorrect item, please notify us immediately and we will replace the item or give you a store credit. Please email hello@frankiesgirl.com.au with your order details and await further instructions. Please note: Shipping is non-refundable and will be deducted from credit amount.
